Composition
Each ml contains:
Flunixin Meglumine......50mg

Indication
Horses: Flunixin meglumine injection is recommended for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the horse.
It is also recommended for the alleviation of visceral pain associated with colic in horses.
Cattle: Flunixin meglumine injection is indicated for the control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease, endotoxemia and acute bovine mastitis.
It is also indicated for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.

Administration and Dosage
For intravenous injection:
Horses: 1 ml/45 kg body weight once daily for up to 5 days according to clinical response.
For intravenous or intramuscular injection:
Cattle: 2 ml/45kg body weight. Administration can be repeated, with a 24 h interval, for 3 consecutive days according to clinical recovery.
If clinical signs persist or recur, a second or third injection can be administered, with an interval of 6 to 12 hours.

Contraindications and Side Effects
Do not use in the following cases: Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to other NSAIDs or to any of the excipient(s); 48 hours before expected parturition
in cows; in dehydrated, hypovolaemic or hypotensive animals.
In horses and bovine species, quick intravenous injection can cause anaphylactic shock, very rarely. The product must be injected slowly by intravenous route
and at room temperature. Administration must be stopped immediately if adverse effects occur and, if necessary, start treatment for shock.

Precaution
Use with caution in animals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease or blood disease
Use with caution in pregnant animals
Do not administer intra-arterial injection, otherwise it will cause central nervous stimulation, ataxia, hyperventilation and muscle weakness

Withdrawal Time
Cattle:
Meat: 4 days; Milk: 1 day (24 hours)
Horses:
Meat: 4 days 
Do not use in mares producing milk for human consumption.
