Composition
Each ml contains:
Nitroxynil......250mg

Indications
Nitroxynil belongs to an anti-trematode drug. The mechanism of action is to block the oxidative phosphorylation, reduce ATP concentration, and reduce the energy required for cell division, resulting in the death of the insect.
Anti-worm medicine. Used for sheep liver fascioliasis, gastrointestinal nematode disease.

Dosage and Administration
Subcutaneous injection:
Cattle: one dose, 0.4ml per 10kg body weight
Sheep: one dose, 2 ml per 50 kg body weight

Adverse Reactions
1.Small swellings are occasionally observed at the injection site in cattle. These can be avoided by injecting the dose in two separate sites and massaging well to disperse the solution.
2.No systemic ill effects are to be expected when animals (including pregnant cows and ewes) are treated at normal dosage.

Precautions
(1) The injection should not be mixed with other drugs to avoid contraindications.
(2) The safety range of this product is relatively narrow. Overdose often causes faster breathing and increased body temperature. At this time, the animal should be kept quiet and glucose saline should be injected intravenously.
(3) The injection is irritating to local tissues.
(4) When this product is excreted, it can make breast milk and urine yellow, so the padding should be replaced in time; in addition, the liquid medicine can also make wool and hair yellow, so liquid leakage should be prevented during injection.
