Composition

Each 100 ml contains:

Fluazuron……8 g

Ivermectin……3.5 g

Oily vehicle……qsp100 ml

NOTE: formulation in vegetable oils, solvent, co-solvent, antioxidants, antibacterials and stabilizer.

Indications

For strong and broad-spectrum parasite control in cattle and sheep. Targeting multi-drug resistant external parasites (such as ticks, scabies, lice) and stubborn internal parasites (nematodes, lungworms). Suitable for severe cases in areas with high incidence of parasites or mixed infections.

Administration and Dosage

Route of administration: Subcutaneous injection (cattle: neck; sheep: behind the ear or under the armpit).

Cattle and sheep: 0.03 mL/kg body weight (i.e. 3 mL per 100 kg body weight).

Frequency: Single administration, repeated use at intervals of 8 weeks when the infection is severe (liver and kidney function needs to be monitored).

Precautions

It is strictly forbidden to use in dogs and cats (high concentrations of ivermectin can easily cause neurotoxicity).

It is forbidden to use in early pregnancy (first 3 months) and lactating animals.

It is forbidden to use it in combination with other macrolide drugs (such as doramectin).

Side Effects

Common: local inflammation at the injection site (oil-based irritation), transient fever (<24 hours).

Severe reactions: Overdose leads to neurotoxicity (tremor, mydriasis), which should be discontinued immediately and calcium gluconate should be injected intravenously.

In case of allergic shock, dexamethasone (0.1mg/kg) should be injected immediately.

Withdrawal Times

Cattle (for meat): 42 days (withdrawal period before slaughter, ivermectin fat solubility is enhanced).

Sheep (for meat): 35 days.

Dairy products: prohibited throughout the process (drugs can remain in breast milk).

Storage

Unopened: Refrigerate at 2-8°C and avoid light, shelf life 18 months (oil-based stability is reduced).

After opening: Store below 25°C, use up within 3 months, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
