1% Abamectin concentration: adult animals with severe parasitic infections (resistant ticks, mites and nematodes).

Topical spray: environmental parasite control (livestock sheds, hot spots in pastoral areas).

Administration and Dosage

Topical spray

Environmental treatment: dilute the stock solution at 1:20, spray at 50mL/m² (key areas such as gaps in animal pens).

Topical application: dilute 1:10 and apply directly to the mite-infected area (pig auricle, sheep hoof).

Precautions

It is strictly forbidden to use in Collies, Shepherds and animals with MDR1 gene defects (abamectin neurotoxicity risk).

It is forbidden to use in female animals in the first 1/3 of pregnancy (may cause embryo resorption).

It is forbidden to use with organophosphorus insecticides or imidazole anthelmintics (toxicity superposition).

After topical spraying, ventilation is required for 24 hours to avoid animal licking (bittering agents should still be added with caution).
