Composition
Each ml contains:
Penicillin G Procaine......200,000IU
Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate......200,000IU

Indications
This product is indicated for use in cattle, horses, goats and sheep in the treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms including: erysipelas;
navel/join ill; respiratory tract infections including pneumonia and atrophic rhinitis; listeriosis; meningitis; septicaemia; toxaemia associated with Salmonella
spp.; Salmonellosis; and the control of secondary bacterial invaders in diseases of primary viral origin. The combination of penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin
is especially useful in the treatment of mixed infections involving both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.

Administration and Dosage
For intramuscular injection:
Cattle, horses: 1 ml per 25 kg body weight daily for 3-4 days. 
Sheep, goats: 1 ml per 25 kg body weight daily for 3-4 days. 
Shake well before use. The maximum dose volume administered at one site should not exceed 15 ml for horses, 6 ml for cattle, 3 ml for sheep and goats.

Side Effects and Contraindications
Administration of therapeutic dosages of procaine penicillin G can result in abortion in sows. Ototoxity, neurotoxicity or nephrotoxicity. Hypersensitivity
reactions. Hypersensitivity to penicillins, procaine and/or aminoglycosides. Bulpenstrep 20:20 Administration to animals with a seriously impaired renal
function. Concurrent administration of tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides.Bulpenstrep 20:20 is contraindicated in known cases
of hypersensitivity to penicillins.

Adverse Reaction
A mild transient local reaction may occur at the site of injection in horses.
Allergic reactions are possible.

Precautions
In order to avoid intravenous administration, it is advisable to aspirate before injecting intramuscularly;Procaine penicillin G and dihydrostreptomycin sulfate
injection shouldn't be administered if any hypersensitivity is discovered.

Withdrawal Time       
Cattle, sheep and goats: 18 days 
For milk: 3 days    

Storage and Expired Time
Should be tightly sealed, store in a cool place. Do not store above 25℃.
Keep the vial in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
