Select purebred white rabbits with large ears for breeding and vaccine preparation. Before vaccination, conduct health checks on each rabbit, and strictly select rabbits with a fever type of fixed fever during harvest to ensure the safety and efficiency of the vaccine.

Under sterile conditions, spleen and lymph node tissues are taken, and connective tissue is strictly removed. The immune response is fast and the antibody level is high. Strong protection can be generated 72 hours after immunization. The protection period for piglets without maternal antibodies after vaccination is as long as 18 months.

Precautions
1. After receiving the vaccine in refrigerated packaging, if the storage environment exceeds 8 ℃ but is below 25 ℃, the user is limited to using it up within 10 days from the time of receiving the vaccine.
2. During vaccination, local disinfection should be performed.
3. After vaccination, attention should be paid to observation, if allergic reaction occurs, epinephrine should be injected in time to treat.
4. After dilution, if the temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius, use it up within 6 hours; if the temperature is between 15-27 degrees Celsius, use it up within 3 hours.
5. Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.
