Recommended Immunization Program
Routine Immunization
Breeding pigs: immunize once 40 days and 20 days before delivery, 1 dose per head per time, intramuscular injection; gilts need to be booster-immunized twice before the first mating.
Piglets: 1 dose is given to piglets born to immunized sows at 7-10 days after weaning, and 1 dose is given to piglets born to non-immunized sows at 3 days old, by intramuscular injection.

Emergency Immunization
Breeding pigs: When an epidemic occurs in a pig herd, all sows in the herd will be vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccine, injected into the posterior sea point. After 21 days, sows that have not given birth will be boosted with 1 dose per time, and then normal postpartum vaccination will be resumed.
Newborn piglets: Preemptive immunization is adopted. Immediately after birth, 0.5 dose of live vaccine is given orally and 0.5 dose is injected intramuscularly at the same time. The piglets are fed with milk 2 hours after immunization.
Piglets: It is recommended to eliminate sick piglets within 3 days of age. For piglets over 3 days old, 1-1.5 doses of live vaccine can be injected into the Houhai acupoint urgently to reduce the mortality rate.

Precautions
Both the dual live vaccine and the special diluent should be refrigerated at 2~8℃.
For intramuscular injection or injection into the Houhai acupoint, the vaccine should be diluted with a special diluent; for pre-oral immunization of piglets, the vaccine should be diluted with sterile saline.
When using, be sure to return the temperature to above 25°C. The physiological saline used for super-immunization of piglets needs to be returned to about 35°C and the vaccine should be used within 1 hour after dilution.
